With “Four Lakes Dental Membership Plan”, you will receive one complimentary cleaning and exam and will take advantage of up to 40% courtesy discount on your treatments*. There is a one time fee associated with the plan that covers you preventive care based on the category you choose. There are no deductibles, no monthly payments, No maximum on how much you can save, and no missing tooth cause or waiting periods.

At Four Lakes Dental, we accept most of the major insurance plans. Here is few of the plans we accept. Financing and Payments
Our office offers no interest financing through Care Credit. Care Credit is a great program that allows you to utilize a payment plan for your dental work with no interest for 12 or more months. For more information and eligibility, please call our office.
